Yes, in order to achieve full results, we typically require 3 sessions every 2 weeks and each is roughly 2 to 3 hours long and will vary depending on the amount of coverage needed.

How long does it last?

The finished result is expected to last 3 to 6 years but will depend on factors such as skin type, sun exposure, and how well the individual cares for the skin. Generally, a touch up will be needed after this time.

Does it hurt?

Pain is of course subject and varies by person but is typically less than it would be receiving a tattoo as the needles are much smaller and treatment involves dotting versus scraping. As well, the needles do not penetrate is deeply as they do for a tattoo. We can be consider the pain level 1-4 on a 1-10 scale.
